I am Raenette G. Riddick, founder and lead consultant of RaeVision Coaching and Consulting. With years of experience as a licensed social worker, ministry leader, and racial justice advocate, I bring together clinical knowledge and faith-based insight in every session and consultation. My goal is to empower leaders, churches, and communities through purpose-driven strategies that support meaningful growth and transformation.

I started RaeVision to create a space where social work, spiritual leadership, and justice work come together. I work closely with churches, leaders, and change-makers to help them grow, heal, and lead with intention. My approach is grounded in compassion and experience, always focused on aligning leadership with values, purpose, and a strong vision for justice and community impact.
